Your happiness is our number one priority at AsmallSHED+. If you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organise an exchange for you. Refund is only available if we no longer have the item in stock. Please note that the exchange does not apply to the whole kit, only to the parts that are damaged or faulty.

Products within 14 days from the date of dispatch which are Dead on Arrival (DOA) will be replaced or repaired. Products damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of product. Dead on Arrival (DOA) products must be returned back to us within 7 days.

If an item needs to be returned 14 days after date of receipt of goods, return shipping costs will be at the buyer's expense.

Refunds/returns are not available for change of mind.

Note: Returns/Refunds must be authorised, contact us to authorise a refund or return. Unauthorised return/refunds will not be accommodated.
